A Princeton graduate and former NFL player with New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts, Keith is a mentor, international speaker, team builder, and leader, who builds relationships that inspire, empower, and encourage others to become who they were created to be. He helps them create a vision for what is possible in their lives, and encourages them make the right choices to live out that vision.
As a motivational speaker he has travelled the world. He has spoken in schools in Australia, churches in Thailand, and to the United States Armed Forces both domestically and in Iraq.
Keith speaks to corporations and coaches clinics about leadership development and character, and to youth in schools and churches about the power of their choices. He has been increasingly drawn to men’s groups and has a particular desire to speak to men about authentic masculinity.
He is a Transition Coach and Director of Former Player Transitions and Programs for the NFL.
As the Head Trainer for Heroes and Cool Kids, a character education and mentoring program that specializes in bullying and substance abuse prevention, Keith develops trainers, teaches mentors, and helps create the curriculum. He also works with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as a speaker and coach.
He is also nationally certified in Mental Health First Aid, and Suicide Intervention, and specializes in Public Speaking, Writing, Character Development, Leadership Development, Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Life Coaching/Discipleship. His wife Christa, a former nationally ranked gymnast, joins him in many of his endeavors, and they make their home in Toms River, New Jersey.Back to Staff
