Susan Rudolph, Executive Director and co-founder of Heroes and Cool Kids, is an experienced manager whose exemplary organizational skills are evident in her interactions. She oversees the overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of our mission.
She works effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people including school liaisons, students and staff as well as corporate and personal sponsors. She handles scheduling, conference coordination, materials preparation, billing, correspondence, and record keeping efficiently and effectively.
